Steampunk Victorian collar in Black Cotton & Lace with retro brooch, cogs, clock & key.

This Victorian steampunk collar is made of cotton with a heavy polyester/cotton lace bib. It has buttons on the back in two sizes, and they can be easily moved to fit your neck size. At the neck is a gorgeous retro brooch in coloured diamontes in a gold setting.

The brass clock, keys and cogs in old gold colour give a distinctly steampunk style, but you could wear this colllar over a plain T-shirt to keep your neck warm and add a unique touch to an otherwise plain top.
